10 day money back policy* Once the product is returned under our 10 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your account. You may choose to either make another purchase using the same or get the amount refunded to your bank account.
- For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).
Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you? We offer FREE Return Shipping. You’ll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizings, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 10-day money back policy.
100% Refund Our 10-day No Questions asked Money Back Policy gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we’ll happily provide you with a 100% full refund or exchange and we will also pay for the shipping to and fro.
Free Returns We offer FREE Return Shipping. You’ll receive complimentary return shipping on all resizing, exchanges, or refunds for all products within the 10-day money back policy. If you prefer just call our customer delight team and we will send a courier over to pick it up from you.
Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy: We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases* made from krrish, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned for buy-back or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges and Rs.500 towards processing charges. If you received a discount or free gift while making your purchase, we will deduct the original discount amount or free gift value, as applicable. You can choose to return the free gift as well.
Lifetime Exchange: The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Krrish account. This remains valid for 365 days and can be used to purchase anything (except Coins and Solitaires) on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
Lifetime Buy-Back: If you choose to return the product for buyback, the buy-back value will be paid to you via online bank transfer within 10 days of receipt of the product.
Jewellery returned showing signs of alteration by anyone other thanKrrish shall not be accepted for return. Based on our quality inspection, we reserve the right to change the Exchange and Buy-Back amount of the product.
